Welcome to EH Dance UK. 

We are Based in the Craigmount and Granton Area of Edinburgh offering dance training in Ballet, Jazz and Tap from beginners to Advance Level. 

 Linda Dixon is the director of EH Dance and a registered grades examiner for the Royal Academy of Dance in London.    

Linda trained at Bush Davies School, whilst studying she gained her ISTD Teaching certificate in Ballet and was also a finalist at the 1987 Genee Medals. In her professional career she danced with Alexander Roy London Ballet Theatre, London City Ballet and Weinner Ballet Theatre. She was also in the original cast for Cameron Macintosh’s Phantom of the Opera Tour

.Linda’s teaching career began with her being Workshop Leader with London City Ballet’s Education Programme. She then went on to the Professional Dancers Teaching Diploma Course at the RAD. Upon graduation Linda went on to teach at vocational school in Edinburgh, she has been guest Ballet Mistress for the Curve Foundation a S.A.C. project, taught company members from ‘La Scala’ in Italy and Gelabert Dance Company in the 2004 Edinburgh Festival.

She is regularly invited to be part of the Royal Academy of Dance freelance faculty on their Summer School programmes, in Canada, Singapore, Italy, Japan and Indonesia, as well as many Workshops and Days of Dance in the UK.
